Motivation is a psychological game. You’ve heard the phrase “mind over matter” and that’s exactly how you need to think about motivation. It’s that crucial piece of the puzzle to achieving your goals. For some, motivation comes easy. For others, it doesn’t. Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping is unique in that our community of members helps keep each other motivated and accountable.

I have always been an active person, playing sports, working out, and being outside. Both my parents went through the 10 week transformation. They both had great results and told me that I needed to try this program. Two months before my 10 week challenge began I was in a car accident and suffered a bad concussion. I was stuck in bed, loosing muscle every day, not having an appetite. I was feeling week and missed the first week of my challenge. Through my transformation I bounced right back, seeing huge muscle gains, lost body fat and learned a lot about kickboxing. I love the program because it works! We build a community that sticks together and brings their nutrition and fitness goals to the table, and we take that giant down as a team!!
